When we are in an awake, yet trance-like state, we can access information from our higher mind, or our unconscious mind, the same stream of wise information that can come to us when we dream at night. Sometimes our dreams consist of rich information in the form of metaphors which accurately mirrors our inner emotional or mental processes that we may or may not be fully aware of. Some people even have occasional prophetic dreams. This stream of wisdom can be available to us in an aware, yet trance state. Thus, regression or transpersonal hypnotherapy can help guide us to the origin of a problem, or to when a fear-based thought pattern began. The problem or perception can then be corrected to benefit us so the issue no longer affects our present state in an adverse way. Through this process we learn we are far more than our problems — they no longer define or impact us. Our own self-imposed hurdles can vanish to make life a smoother, freer, happier journey.
An 8-Step Emotional Healing session is present-life focused and designed specifically for releasing the energy of self-defeating beliefs and emotions from past experiences that hold a firm grip in the subconscious mind and body. This is essentially the past that is repressed in your body/mind system. Much of the energy of the past (memories, feelings and their accompanying mind programs) are stored in the body and can block the energy flow, causing you to literally feel ‘heavier’. This outdated, limiting energy is replaced with your own potential that was lost when you took in the hurtful experiences and limiting beliefs. As a result, you feel lighter and empowered. We then do transpersonal timeline therapy so the “empowered you” can heal and integrate your “past” self, and then create the next grandest version of your future. The session works effectively with anxiety or depression issues, or any “stuck” pattern or feeling. It has a lasting effect because it is done at the level of the body, subconscious mind and unconscious mind.
